I have had this problem with Windows 7. &nbsp;You may have to set up a folder on an unsecured drive for saving these files (that is what I did).

I get an 'Access is denied' error when trying to copy a file from an email (mscal.ocx) to 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14'. But if I first copy the file to my desktop then to 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14' it works. Any thoughts?
