Outlook 2010 copy file access is denied

I get an 'Access is denied' error when trying to copy a file from an email (mscal.ocx) to 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14'. But if I first copy the file to my desktop then to 'C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft Office\Office14' it works. Any thoughts?

How do you mean by Copy a file from an email?
You mean you do a save attachment as? You try and drag and drop it?

That is normal. You are using either Vista or Windows 7 and Outlook does not allow copying into protected areas. So what you did was the correct process. ... Thinkpads_User

I have had this problem with Windows 7.  You may have to set up a folder on an unsecured drive for saving these files (that is what I did).
