Print driver for HP1300n printers

Have NEW Windows 2008 R2 servers and one is setup as the print server. My terminal server users are using the HP Universal Printer driver and they can print without issue. Several users are still on WIndows XP and when they attempt to print to these printers from Windows they receive an error message PCL XL error. Is there a 32 bit driver for this printer that can be loaded on the 2008 server so that they can print without errors. we have 4 of these printers left on the network

You didn't say, but I am assuming the server has the 64-bit print driver.  You can add a 32-bit print driver to the server if it is the same type and version, for example PCL6 v 5.24 or whatever.
The 32-bit driver is added by accessing Properties and clicking on the Shared Tab.  You will notice an "Addiditonal drivers" button at the bottom as in  the attached jpeg 32-bit drivers

Correct - 64 bit driver was installed.

Re-add the printer to their workstation after adding the driver?
