Unlike 2003, Visio 2010 is overriding the arrows I use to connect boxes in my flow chart. If I place an arrow on one end, it will reverse the order or if I insert a line with an arrow on each end, it will remove another similar connector already in place. I would to remove all controls like this so that the application is not trying to auto-correct my work flow.

UPDATE: after looking closer, this flow chart was created using the default Org Chart template. I copied all objects and passted them into a General flow chart template and this issue no longer occurs.

Good find ironkernel. The org chart solution in Visio definitely has a mind of its own and forces shapes to look and behave certain ways. As you discovered, it definitely should not be used for anything other than its intended purpose.
