enable "always check spelling before sending"

Is there a way to globally set the "always check for spelling before sending" within Outlook within terminal server 2003? rather than doing to each individual profile.

thanks

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

You should just be able to set it in the registry on the TS

HKCU\Software\Microsoft\Office\xx.0\Outlook\Options\Spelling \Check
Value: 0x00000001

Hi,

you can try registry setting, replace 14 with the your office version. Save code below as *.reg file and execute:

Windows Registry Editor Version 5.00

[HKEY_USERS\.DEFAULT\Software\Microsoft\Office\14.0\Outlook\Options\Spelling]
"Check"=dword:00000000

Open in new window

Opppsss.. you need to replace dword:00000000 with dword:00000001

This only for new profile. the profile that already created will be be affected.
