InfoPath Form - Use as email infopath form in outlook and update a copy to SharePoint

Hi I have InfoPath Form question..
Do we allow to create an InfoPath Form in Sharepoint and also use the form as email infopath form in outlook. Can both be updated when you update the form on either one of them?
Basically, main purpose is to use email infopath in outlook to submit all the information (user no need to access the SharePoint), then also would like a copy to be save to SharePoint.

THanks.

yah, just make a button that executes rules and then have 2 actions, one to submit to SharePoint and 1 to email

I have that submit button included in the form to submit to SharePoint. Once submitted, do we still able to update the form through email? After I have created the form, how do you make this infopath form appear under outlook? Thanks.

The form will not appear in Outlook other than an Email which has it embedded in it or as an attachment.

I believe it is better to just email the link to the sharepoint copy so they always have the latest version.

Or put an alert on the library so they are notified of new submissions.

you can create a workflow in SharePoint that will send an email with the form content. Modifying the form will ask to update (on the server). Once executed, you'll receive another email with the updated content.
