Through ASA Firewall System want to access Internet and DMZ at a time

My system is in Inside Network
Is there a possibility to access Outside(Internet) and DMZ Networks at a time, if so how the Firewall interface does recongnise about the traffic.
Pls expian and Help

    The target is determined by means of the destination ip, the firewall 'knows' through which port it must be sent. There should be no problem setting this up, unless you have a 5505 with a limited license.
