If you use MAK key and activate the product in a computer ,one license for the product will be activated permanemtly . If you use KMS The KMS server will check whether the host is still using the license in every 150 days and if the license is not in use the server will pull the license back  and you can use that license for another computer .

If you install all the software you can assign the keys and activate using http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=11936 from a single machine.

You can install Volume Activation Management tool in a server  and automate the license installation.
If you use KMS no need to enter a product key .
