Unable to add to Outlook Resource Calendar

Hi Everyone,

I think I have an easy one here but I am stumped. We have a number of resource mailboxes for items like boardroom and such that our users book as needed. They can see the free/busy when booking using scheduling attendant and everything seems to be working fine.

However, we have 2 delegates for the mailboxes and the users used to be able to add the resource calendar to their outlook (as ready only) when they were on Exchange 2003. They are now on Exchange 2010 and the new resource mailboxes setup on the 2010 server seem to only be able to be added if you are a delegate.

I don't want to make 20+ users delegates for each resource mailbox if I can help it but I can not find a setting to share the calendar with read only rights - is there an easier way?

Thanks in advance for your comments,

Use the below powershell command to provide the calendar permission

[PS] C:\Set-MailboxFolderPermission -Identity Username:\Calendar -User Default -AccessRights Reviewer
