Exchange 2010 Mailbox Server Role failing to install successfully
We have been working with Microsoft for the past couple of days and they have not been able to help at all. Installed 2010 CAS/HT role with no issue and now cannot install Mailbox role on another server. Installation hangs at Starting MSExchangeIS services. AD replication is good between all sites as we have reviewed DCDIAG and all event logs are clean of any AD health issues. Thought i would pos here just case the attached logs triggers any answers and/or new ideas. We have also tried installing on a brand new VM just to rule that out as well.

The Server is a VM Guest so their is no other NIC assigned and we have already set the service to automatic. Thanks for the suggestions.

For some reason the BPA initially was not finding any permission issues, but after running the tool several times if eventually found the above security issues
- Change the Exchange Service Host to Automatic (delayed).
