Is it possible to disable those blank / zero values to be displayed in SSIS ?

Please post an image as its not quite clear what do you mean - just make sure to scratch out any confidential info from it.

If you edit the report in BI then under Tablix/column properties you should find "Hidden" under visibility and I think you can use the expersion as per attachment - display only where <> 0.  hidden_expresion

If you use BI to edit your report, go to design tab then right click the table column and is under "Tablix properties" or on the properties tab for the field like in the attachment - just select drop down and "Expresion" is on the top.
