I have two users who need to access one email address on exchnage. Currently there is 1 receptionist whos email address is reception@domain .com. I want a second user now to be able to send and receive emails on that email address to so that if one is off work the other user can still see all email communications etc under their login. <br />
We are using SBS2003.<br />
