I have two users who need to access one email address on exchnage. Currently there is 1 receptionist whos email address is reception@domain .com. I want a second user now to be able to send and receive emails on that email address to so that if one is off work the other user can still see all email communications etc under their login.
We are using SBS2003.

How do I do this?

Configure as IMAP or POP3 on email client using user/pass for reception user. I suggest that block possibilty that user reception can change his password. If password is changed, this trick doesn´t work.

Configure the reception user giving full mailbox permission to the second user.  Also configure send As permission as per this guide.

Add the reception mailbox as an additional mailbox to the second users existing profile.  If you have outlook 2010 you can add a full second exchange account to the same profile.

The mailbox will appear in the folder tree.  Enable the "From" box in outlook new message and choose the reception account when sending.
