Outlook 2010 email notification

I have a user with Windows 7, Outlook 2010 and uses emails from multiple email accounts on the same computer.
email notification seems to be only working for one email account and not others.
i need to have email notification for all email accounts.
i've seen a 3rd party software called "MsgTag" for free but not sure if this contains any adware.
can anyone suggest a software to send email notification on all accounts?

I have found one tool named as MailAlert which helps you to manage your e-mail. Features provided by this tool are as follows.

It automatically checks multiple e mail accounts.
You will get notified on getting new messages.
Preview or even delete messages directly from your mail server.
Automatic deletion of SPAM messages as per the settings made by you.
Blue Spinning EPlay sounds, show video or run programs in response to the e-mail that you receive.
