HMC 4.5 and Exchange 2007 - Failed to create OAB

Hi,

I'm trying to create new OAB from with HMC 4.5 and receive the following error:

Exception during execution of MPF request: 'Unknown error 0x80131600 [<response><errorContext description="The element 'CreateOfflineAddressBook_Request' in namespace 'http://provisioning.microsoft.com/exchange2007provider' has invalid child element 'skipPublicFolderInitialization' in namespace 'http://provisioning.microsoft.com/exchange2007provider'. List of possible elements expected: 'versions, path, publicFolderDatabase, schedule, server, readAccess, preferredDomainController, name' in namespace 'http://provisioning.microsoft.com/exchange2007provider'.The element 'CreateOfflineAddressBook_Request' has invalid child element 'skipPublicFolderInitialization' . List of possible elements expected: 'versions, path, publicFolderDatabase, schedule, server, readAccess, preferredDomainController, name' ." code="0x80131600" executeSeqNo="21"><errorSource namespace="Error Provider" procedure="SetError"/><errorSource namespace="Managed Active Directory" procedure="RethrowError_"/><errorSource namespace="SW Managed Exchange" procedure="CreateOfflineAddressList"/></errorContext></response>]

When creating new OAB manually from EMC, the following error is reported:
The task and the public folder store "Server Cluster Name" connect to different domain controllers, the offline address book public folder distribution will not work until public folder store "Server Cluster Name" runs its scheduled maintenance task .

Previously the public folder copy was suspended, but now it is in healthy state.

Please assist on this.
