SBS 2011 users cannot remote desktop to their PCs

We have just set up a new domain and SBS 2011.  There are two users that need to be able to use remote desktop to access their PCs from any of the other workstations.  I have been editing group policies and also adding them to the RD group locally on their PCs and they still cannot access.  Is there a specific way to do this?  I have always made changes and then used gpupdate /force to make sure changes push out immediately.  Still nothing.

If its only 2 computers it might be worth just doing it manually. Just go to system properties -> Remote and tick the box that says allow remote connections to this computer and then configure the users in there. Hope this helps.

that has already been done.  I did notice that the remote properties screen has 'allow' selected and cannot be unselected because it is controlled by group policies.  I did also add the users manually, but they still cannot access.
