Exchange Trial Error message in Hyper-V

I tried to set up a trial of Exchange Server 2010 Running in Hyper-V. when I try to connect to the Microsoft Exchange Premises I get the message listed in the Attachment.

I am running on the server.

 2008 RS2 64-Bit Standard Service Pack 1

2008 R2 Enterprise

I checked this link I am not sure how to run IIS or to fix this command. Thanks
