Set an IE image as background in Win 7 starter version (netbook)

I see an image I like on the www.
Right click as normal and set as background ....... are you sure? - Yes

And when I go to desktop its the same!

Is there a second alt way to do it?

    That is actually one of the limitations of WIndows 7 Starter.  Here's a similar scenario from the Microsoft forums...
