Poweredge 2600 no video

Hello i recently purchased a Poweredge 2600 refurb for home use. Upon my first boot of the server i get no video output on monitor. I have tested monitor with another computer and it works fine. After powering on the server the blue light goes off and the amber system light starts blinking on bezel. I have noticed that the keyboard lights don't light up either. I have tried swapping psu and hd still nothing. Also when i hit the power button the fans run fast then slow down. I have read on another user of this sites post about maybe something coming unhooked during transport. My next step is to open up case and check all the connections. Maybe try a pci video card ? Any suggestions would help please thank you.

I went inside the server and noticed the motherboard showing some diag codes. Went here and looked them up http://support.dell.com/support/edocs/systems/pe2600/en/sm/beep.htm#1061529 . (PROC2 heat sink not installed properly. Thermtrip on PROC2) (CPU POR is not high. North bridge chip on the planar has likely failed. Replace planar.) (PROC1 missing) (ICH3 PCI Reset is not high. ICH3 chip on the planar has likely failed. Replace planar.) (PROC1 and PROC2 core voltage (VID) mismatch) (VRM_P1 is not good.). I wonder if this box was tested by beer drinking monkeys prior to shipping? Maybe the delivery driver was using it as a stool? The company i bought this from is about a hour away from my home. In the morning i plan on calling them or driving down there. /cheers
