wcf code access security

I'm new to WCF but I'm starting to get it.

I used svcutil to generate code using a supplied wsdl and two xsds from a client. I created a WCF service library project, deleted the Service1 and Iservice1 modules, inserted the generated code and changed the bindings and now when I try to run it Im getting "The target assembly contains no service types. You may need to adjust the Code Access Security policy of this assembly"

Any ideas on what I did wrong and what I do next?
