How to locate a broken link...

In my analytics I'm seeing a page:  error.php which users are getting to via many different pages. I've tried manually clicking through the links on the pages but I simply cannot seem to locate how this error page is being generated.

Any thoughts on a way to automatically look and capture the anchor information of the link?

I suggest that you search in Google for the page name or topic, you might find the same content in another website
