Cannot connect to host over VIX library?
Hi,
I'm getting the following error message from my backup software (Veeam) when it tries to backup the virtual (Windows) servers:
-----
Cannot connect to host [192.168.1.20] over VIX library. Login: [root]. GuestLogin: [myco\administrator].
Cannot login into the virtual machine: [[datastore1] RWGIS-PROD-DATA/RWGIS-PROD -DATA.hisn at.local.v mx]. User: [myco\administrator].
VIX Error: Authentication failure or insufficient permissions in guest operating system Code: 3015
-----
I recently had changed the myco domain administrator's password but I've introduced the new one so I don't get it why it doesn't work!?
(Also, it seems like the backup is created but that the 'VMWare tools quiescence' can't be used?)
I've got other backup jobs that work just fine and I can't see a difference between them ...
Any ideas?
Thanks!
