Crystal Reports Server Printing Error

I have a report that I can no longer print from our Crystal Reports server.  When I click the print icon, I get an error that says...

"An error occurred on the server. Printing will be stopped. Would you like to view the error information?"

If I click 'Yes', it opens a blank page at C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\Temp\PrintControlError.html.
If I click 'No', it pops up again and I have to click 'No' a second time.

This seems to be happening with only one report.  All other reports are printing fine.  It also seems to affect all users.  I've tried re-saving the report to the server, but that didn't help.  Any ideas?

Thanks.

Can you open the report on a machine with Crystal installed and print it?
Not through CRS but just in the Crystal designer?

DO you have an old copy that works?

Have you tried saving the report to a NEW name then saving/uploading it to CRS?

Did the report accidentally get saved with the NO PRINTER option selected?
It is under the FILE --> PRINT or PAGE SETUP

The report prints fine through Crystal designer.

I don't have an old copy.

Tried saving to a new name...same problem.

The 'No Printer' option is unselected.

How is this report different from the others?

Is it the same database?
Same tables?

There is nothing special as far as I can tell...same DB, same tables, no sub-reports.

The report runs and refreshes just fine.  No errors when displaying any pages.  It just doesn't want to print.

Is the report built with a different DEFAULT printer selected?

Is there  default printer defined on the server?

The default printer for the report is the same as all the other reports I write.  When you say 'default printer on the server'...do you mean just the default Windows printer?  Or is there some way to set a printer in the Crystal Reports Server software?

It should just be the WIndows default printer.

Crystal does so strnge things at times when the printer is chaged or there is no printer.

Printer is fine on the server.  Still same problem.

I don't know but you could copy the report section by section to  new report.  It is possible there is something in the report file that is causing an issue.

Well...I ended up recreating the report from scratch.  There were only a few minor differences in what I did from the original, but it worked.  Thanks for all the help.
