Drivers Question for Hardware Dell

I have an old Dell server running windows 2000.  I want to use symatec to put an image on this server and use as back up only.  I don't have the original Dell Disks and I know I can go online and get the drivers but wanted to know where these are stored on the system to see if I can jsut get them from the hard drive.

Don't rely on pulling them off the system. Unless the original installer is located on the disk (probably not), it's not feasible. It is theoretically possible to dig up all the registry settings along with the .inf, .dll and who knows what else. As a practical matter, it's impossible to do on your own.

There may be a C:\Dell\Drivers folder, if so those should be the driver installers & you can use those. If not, download them from Dell.

That sound right.  I did not realize the installer files are not loaded on the hard drive when you install them.  I will go to Dell and download. Thanks.
