I have changed the url http://phoenix:8282/tfs to http://184.168.22.122:8282/tfs and I have also changed it from the tfs console. Can someone help me figure out what is going on?
Thanks

Are trying to access the TFS services on the old URL after changing it to listen only on the new URL? There are a couple of things that could be at play here.

1. Are you sure that requests that that URL (on that port - 8282 in your case) are being routed back to the "Phoenix" server properly? The may be getting stopped at a firewall or load balancer - I'm not sure how the firewall and router and configured, but when I try to telnet to your IP address on that port (assuming it's publicly accessible), I get no response, meaning that I can't see IIS. Given that I can't a response from your server, this seems the most likely option.

2. It's also possible that the host headers for your site are now mismatched - even though you've set up the webservices to listen on that IP address, they may still be filtering for requests addressed directly to http://Phoenix. It's more of a longshot, but it's possible.

I'd start with your firewall - are incoming requests on that external IP address being port forwarded to your web server properly?

Sorry for responding late. I got it working. I disabled the services that was running on port 8080 which is the default port for TFS application tier. Uninstall tfs then reinstall and it worked without any problem.

Thanks
