When I click on Results after the "search",  I am geting an error message that "I do not have permission to open this mailbox"

I have also added the necessary permissions i.e. added the Discovery Management global group to have full permissions to this mailbox. I am a part of the Disc Management Group.

Still no luck. any ideas??

Hello again

Did you logoff and logon again after adding to the Discovery Management global group your account?

Can you try to add yoursejf to one of the following groups:

yes I have logged off and I  am also a member of the aboe groups too.

Ran the search again and still the same error"This mailbox can't be opened. For more information, contact your helpdesk".

Did you select in upper right conner open another mailbox link and then choose to open the discovery search mailbox or try use your personal mailbox?

I used "outlook web access " to open the shorcut once I got the mail i.e.
abc\DiscoverySearchMailbox {D919BA05-46A6-415f-80AD-7E09334BB852}.

I cannot even open or add another mailbox in my outllook i.e. "discovery search mailbox ".
