System.DirectoryServices.ActiveDirectory is showing up as undeclared after installing telerik

I have attached 2 screenshots to show my confusion. I have a working copy of the asp.net page on my local computer. When I push it up to the dev server and open the file in visual studio 2010 pro, I see the:
using System.DirectoryServices;
using System.DirectoryServices.ActiveDirectory;
underlined in a red line. This does not happen on my local pc. The only difference is we have telerik rad controls on the server, and not on my laptop. Any ideas? screen shot of the NOT working code screen shot of the working code from my pc

I wear a lot of hats...

"The solutions and answers provided on Experts Exchange have been extremely helpful to me over the last few years. I wear a lot of hats - Developer, Database Administrator, Help Desk, etc., so I know a lot of things but not a lot about one thing. Experts Exchange gives me answers from people who do know a lot about one thing, in a easy to use platform." -Todd S.

I don't think that Telerik is where you need to look.  I am more curious why those using statements are greyed.
