teamviewer- seeing remote application in full size

i know the remote app's window is not full screen, but that is how it comes across teamviewer..

i tried higher resolution on my end.. that did not help, neither did higher resolution on the other end..

i tried them at both 1280x1024.. but that also show the same way..

what else am i missing in trying to see the screen as the other side would see it?

I'm not sure exactly what you mean. But generally what you get is the same resolution as the what the remote system can display. So if the Remote PC uses a display that has a max resolution of 1024x768, that is the max what you will get at your end, even if your monitor can display a resolution of 1280x1024. There is nothing you can do about that. If you always want to use the resolution of your local device you would need something like the built-in Remote Desktop of Windows, as that doesn't just copy the remote display to your system like the teamviewer does.

i worked with scaling but none of the options help me see it as the end user is seeing it.

Other than Remote Desktop of Windows, does any other program like Logmein will do it any differently?

to refine what i am asking:

i want to see the window of the app exactly as the end user is seeing.. he says it is not full screen, but i end up seeing it as a full screen, hence i am not able to help him fix the issue. (the issue is he wants the screen as full screen)

>>if your display has a different native resolution from your counterpart, you'll see things distorted.

i kept the resolution same in remote and mine.. still could not make it look exact as how end user sees?
