How to show days since last item created in a list?

I have a list used as a journal/contact log. Is there no-code solution to show how many days since last contact and maybe color code it if it is more than a week, etc...

Hello,

you could create a Data Form Web Part with SharePoint Designer. This one is much more powerful than the List view, and you can perform calculations and use conditional formatting.
