Drivers are not loading on HP Probook 4530s from SCCM Image

I am able to run a Windows XP SP3 image to a HP Probook 4530s but the drivers are not loading on it.  I am able to get the drivers to load on other computers and virtual machines without having to loading the drivers one by one manually.  Suggestions?

I am able to load Windows, I login and go to Device Manager and I have yellow question marks next to Video, Audio, NIC, Bluetooth, and several others.

So you need to integrate the required Drivers during the SCCM OS Task Sequence. Best thing is to create driver package for this model.
