How do I save a PDF on MacBook Pro to the company server?

When I open a PDF on my Mac, I do not get an option to save the document to the network. It will only allow me to save to my Desktop.

How do I do this?

Thanks. User generated image

you need to make sure the server or the network volume you are trying to save to is MOUNTED. You can mount it using apple + K keys and entering relevant credentials which you should have.

dropping the arrow down should list the servers/volumes for you.

Thanks! That was the trick I needed. All the shares were already mounted, but for some reason, you have to know this extra step to save a PDF.
