Safe to delete older MSP and MSI Files?

I'm trying to clean up an over-full hard drive.  

1) Is it safe to delete old MSP and MSI files?  (Image 1)
2) Is it safe to delete old C:\WINDOWS\$NtUninstallKB2506212$ files?  (Image 2)

    You can delete those file if you have no other choice but I would NOT RECOMMEND to do that.
