RD Web Access not working externaly

Hi All,

I have just set up a new server to RDP Web access.
Single server with RD session Host and RD Web access installed.
Port 80 and 443 forwarding through to the server from router.
Everything works fine from within the network.
Externaly the RD webpages gets displayed and users can log on.
When they try to open a published app or desktop they get the following error message.
"The remote computer could not be found. Please contact your helpdesk about this error."

I can RDP directly to the server externaly using the IP address but not using RD Web access.

Anyone got some suggestions on where to start looking to fix this.
Event logs show no errors.

You need to configure Remote Desktop Gateway on a Windows 2008 R2 server. It needs to be open on TCP 443 to the Internet. The other option is to open up TCP 3389 directly to the terminal server from the Internet, and put the terminal server into public DNS.

    Afternoon all,

Sorry for taking so long to get back to you.

Port 443 is open to the internet on the gateway server.
Gateway server, session host and RD web server are all running on the same Server.
When trying to open app from RD webpage they get promted for username and password and then the RemoteApp options box opens as it should but when they click connect the eror message is
"Your computer can't connect to the remote computer because the Remote Desktop Gateway server address is unreachable or incorrect. Type a valid Remote Desktop Gateway server address."

Where should i check this addess? on the RD gateway manager or somewhere else?

    Thanks in advance.

Start with the first link. If that doesn't take care of it, go through the checklist on the second link.
