Calculation Instead of Scipt ..resubmit

I would like to know how to do the following as a calculation  :
Basdically I  have 3 Tables
1.PRODUCT DATA
   Product ID
   Product Category
   Quantity to Be Produced
2.PRODUCTION RATES
UNITS per Hour (Production Rate Per Product Category per Hour)
   fk Product Category
3 PRODUCTION DAY SET UP
    Production ID
     Hours to Produce
     Day Of Production
Hours to Produce Field to evaluate   a)The Product Category  of the Product Code then, b)Get the Rate Of Production (For this particular Category) and c) Divide the Quantity to be Produced by the Rate Of Production to give the number of Hours it will take to Produce this product on the selected Day Of Production.
Many Thanks

The Day of Production in the PRODUCTION DAY SET UP table contains Monday, Tuesday, ... ?

No where do I see a way to select the Day of Production in the other tables.  I suspect you have not included the field in the Production Rates tables.  I'm I correct in assuming that Day Of Production also needs to be included in the Production Rates table?
