reset fonts in Internet Explorer

My fonts became "messed up" in windows 7 64 bit. I think I fixed all the problems except for one remaining problem in MSIE9: The font seems to be in Helvetic instead of the default, and so some sites look odd. Also, some foreign language fonts don't show up at all. How do I reset this?
