Hyper V Cluster in Hyper V Server and Enterprise

Hi,
I have tried to install the Hyper V Cluster in 2 free Hyper V Server , and it works well.
Now I tried to install the Cluster in one Enterprise and one standard but it failed because the Standard edition does not support and cannot install .

Can I install the Hyper V Cluster to one Enterprise and one free Hyper V Server?

No, the full install is not compatible with Hyper-V Server because all cluster nodes need to be full windows or Core installation. Hyper-V Server is a Core installation, so your enterprise/datacenter node would also need to be core.

Windows failover clustering isn't available in Windows Standard. That has always required Advanced Server/Enterprise/Datecenter editions of Windows.

You should be able to if you use Windows Enterprise Core install, to match Hyper-V Server which is also a core installation.

So the Enterprise Full install is not compitable with Hyper V Server?

Is there any reason why the Hyper V free Server can install the Cluster but Standard Paid version cannot?
