Download email from one SBS remote server onto another SBS Server
Hi All,
I have a client who has a 2008 SBS Server running Exchange and file services to a group of 10 users running a domain called example1.co.uk.
At the weekend this server is going to be moved to another site and a new server is going to be put in it's place running a domain called example2.co.uk. All of the old staff except for one are moving to the new site with the old server but one person is staying behind. This person will still need to send and receive emails from his example1.co.uk email address even though he will be getting a new computer which will be part of the example2.co.uk domain.
Can someone pleae give me step by step instructions on the simplest way of giving him access to both domains email through his Outlook 2007 at the same time? I'm wondering if this will involve POP3 access to the old server but I've never set this up before.
Many thanks
Adam
