SQL server best login account for services practice

Hi Experts

Iv been installing SQL server for a good while now, when the option for selecting a user account to start the SQL service I have always selected the network service account, Im not sure if this is good practice or not.

    Hi David

    I myself use the "network service account" option, create the relevant account in AD and adjust the settings in SQL Server Configuration Manager after the fact.
    Here is a basic guideline from Microsoft.
