exchange 2010 sp1 hierarchical address book

I've implemented the above and it appears to be working on outlook 2010 as it's showing organization tab, however error saying "outlook must be online or connected to complete the action:

    Please note outlook 2010 working fine and it is connected to exchange on LAN

    you can do the following things:-

    login to your local machine with your uid and pwd.

    go to the network address and disable your NIC(network card)

    disable windows firewall.

    disable antivirus and antivirus firewall.
    delete the existing email account from outlook.

    now open the control panel
    go to MAIL

    click on email accounts and create a new account for outlook

    now enable you NIC

    test your out look client.
    close the out look

    again run the you can enable firewall and anti virus.
