you can do the following things:-<br />

login to your local machine with your uid and pwd.<br />
<br />
go to the network address and disable your NIC(network card)<br />
<br />
disable windows firewall.<br />
<br />
disable antivirus and antivirus firewall.<br />

delete the existing email account from outlook.<br />

now open the control panel<br />
go to MAIL<br />
<br />
click on email accounts and create a new account for outlook<br />

again run the outlook.....now you can enable firewall and anti virus.<br />
