    Accepted Solution

Create a DNS A record called autodiscover pointing to the SBS. Then recreate the outlook profiles on the workstation using the automatic way, not manual.

Ok, I have created an autodiscover I will have to order a new SAN SSL cert as I was previously using an SSL with a different url to the email domain. When these are working I will give it another go.
