I newly purchased the notebook of above atttributes,  very often my mouse move(using fingers) getting freezed. when it is so happens, further mouse movements  causes the desktop Icons  either getting bigger / smaller.

Hi Mac
The Icon size change can be done by holding in the "Ctrl" key in and scrolling up or down, either the crtl gets stuck or you are causing it unintentionally. If the key is not fully operational I would suggest returning the notebook to the supplier/retailer for a replacement given that you have the required warranty.

The easiest method to pinpoint this problem would be to use a USB keyboard and mouse, only for a short while and monitor if the problem gets replicated by the USB keyboard and mouse. If it happens with additional devices then it might be setting. if not, my original statement of faulty equipment seem to be more likely to cause it.

Make sure you have not accidentally turned on some Accessibility Option (check the Accessibility Options control panel).

This is just a possibility.

On Windows 7 it is called the "Ease of Access" control panel .

Windows 7 Accessibility Options are described here:

http://www.microsoft.com/enable/products/windows7/

Specifically, check the "Make the keyboard easier to use" switches, but look at the other options to be sure they are all turned off:
