Exchange and Outlook 2010 Problems after upgrade from Exchange and Office 2003
Hello Experts,
We are having a strange problem with Outlook 2010 after upgrading from Exchange 2003 to Exchange 2010. Some users are unable to set the Out of Office message and get the following: (Your automatic reply setting cannot be displayed because the server is currently unavailable. Try again later). They are also unable to download a copy of the "Global Address Book" with the message (the Server cannot be contacted).
The upgrade took place as follows:
Exchange 2003 was running on Windows server 2000 on our domain in this location. The users that were upgraded to Office 2010 at that time are not having any issues with outlook 2010. We then installed Exchange 2010 on a Windows Sever 2008 R2 Server that is hosted at a different location. We then moved the mailboxes over to the new Exchange Server and the users are that were upgraded to Office 2010 on the old server are still working fine.
Here's the problem: All of the users that were upgraded to Office 2010 AFTER the mailboxes were moved to the new server are having problems:
They are unable to set the Out of Office message and get the following: (Your automatic reply setting cannot be displayed because the server is currently unavailable. Try again later). They are also unable to download a copy of the "Global Address Book" with the message (the Server cannot be contacted).
Note: The new Exchange Server is on our domain and is also a DC/GC Server.
I really need some help with this problem and appreciate any suggestions.

I have uninstalled Office and reinstalled and still have the same problems.
We were having problems with Out of Office in OWA before but that's working now.
It has the latest SP and all updates.
I'm checking out the info that you sent me.

This was resolved after fixing the certificate problem. It was conflicting with the certificate on the old exchange server. Everything is up and working great now.
Thanks for your help on this.
