Exchange 2010 - Database size (no reduce)

I have a SBS 2011 server with Exchange 2010 SP1.

Whit the command: Get-MailboxDatabase -Status | ft name, databasesize -auto
I get the following output: Mailbox Database 69.01 GB (74,097,164,288 bytes)

In the past weeks I removed some e-mail accounts and a few e-mail. But the mailbox size is still 69 GB. I have no disconneted mailboxes.

Is it possible to reduce the database size?

Many thanks! Is that recommended to do that?
Only if deleted many mailboxes and database will reduce significantly. During this process mailboxes are not available.
Thank you for all the information!
Read this and determine if you need to run defrag.

one point.
although the recommendation is correct, in all of version of Exchange specially 2010 there is online maintenance task that reclaims this space, if this space is not reclaimed then this process doesn't complete for one reason or another and this should be investigated first.
