Cannot receive attachment in email in Outlook 2007. Anyone have a solution?

The attachment is a pdf file from one sender to our company president. He gets the message but not the attachment. The same sender sent to me and I got everything with no issue. When I forwarded to pres, he got it with no issue. Outlook 2007 client Exchange server 2003.

You can find it under Tools --> Trust Center.
However I don't know that will help you. Give it a shot, but I think somehow it is bieng blocked either by AV on his machine or it might have somehow gotten in the blocked ext list in Outlook.
Are you both running the same version of Outlook and connect to the same mailserver?

To check if the ext is blocked in Outlook you can dowload the free program Outlook tools:

That program will give you the ability to see/modify extensions that may be blocked in Outlook.

This proposed solution did not offer a solution but something to look into.
Thank you. I will continue to look around as well, but I can receive any attachment just fine. Check also with your ISP in case there is some issue there. ... Thinkpads_User
