Does anyone know where I can find a complete listing of the dumpsec command line options.

Yes...it is in the help that comes with it installed.  If you get an error opening the help file, it is because u r on win7 or vista and will need to download Windows Help...click the error or search google for the error...I'm on mobile and don't recall the exact ms link.
