When I access Google Docs, I end up in an infinite loop of redirects.  Many new Internet Explorer windows and tabs open - including pornographic sites.  I have run a Trend Micro virus scan, MalwareBytes malware scan and ComboFix.  A trojan was found and removed, but the problem continues.  The problem occurs on my desktop using WIndows 7 and Internet Explorer.  It also occurs on my laptop using Windows XP Svc Pk 3 and Internet Explorer.

For Hijacking/re-directs, you might want to start with TDSSKILLER found here:
http://support.kaspersky.com/downloads/utils/tdsskiller.zip

* Download the file TDSSKiller.zip and extract it into a folder on the infected (or potentially infected) PC.
* Execute the file TDSSKiller.exe.
* Wait for the scan and disinfection process to be over. You do not have to reboot the PC after the disinfection is over.

If the tool finds a hidden service it will prompt you to type "delete",  you can also just hit "Enter" without typing in and the scan will continue...
Please post the log to be analyzed.

You can also try FixTDSS.exe from Symantec:
http://www.symantec.com/content/en/us/global/removal_tool/threat_writeups/FixTDSS.exe

You should also run a 'rogue process stopper' before doing a Malwarebytes scan.

I ran TDSSkiller, then Malwarebytes, then Combofix on both machines.  The problem seems to be fixed.  Thank you!

I appreciate the expert "sticking with me" and insisting that I try the TDSSKiller, despite my doubts the problem was with both of my computers.
Thanks.
