I have a Cisco 2801 Router running call manager express and unity express.  My Unity Express module has died and Cisco is sending me a new one.  I have a backup of the old CUE.  What do I have to do to replace the module and get in working again?  I have never had to replace a Unity Express Module before.  Thanks.

I am not a CUE novice, but I would assume just physically replacing the module with the new one. Then service moduling into it and pasting your backup config into it.

After replacing the CUE module.  I used the following guide:
http://www.cisco.com/en/US/products/sw/voicesw/ps5520/products_tech_note09186a008064172a.shtml

You have to use a combination of FTP and TFTP to get all the CUE files onto the Module.  After CUE boots you can restore from backup.
