It has been several hours and we are talking about a 15 user organization. I have added users before and forced an offline update. I had previously disabled cached mode.<br />

I have configured 3 equipment resources. All 3 resources can be viewed in OWA but I can not add their calendar to Outlook 2010. <br />
During testing: <br />
I have set permissions so that authenticated users have full access to the mailbox.<br />
I have deleted and recreated offline address book<br />
