The link brings me to the Citrix login screen fine if I am NOT on the VPN (using local WIFI).

When I try to navibate to the site, nothing happens for about a full minute and them I am presented with the screen below.

What do I need to ask their IT dept to do?  Something is blocked I am assuming?
