I have a user who logs onto many different computers because we have many offices. But when he does this, the theme of Windows changes, and none of the applications seem to work, Outlook, wordperfect, internet explorer or anything. I clicked on our case managemnt software, Needles, which uses SQL Anyywhere by Sybase, and it gave me the error code DBMS is not supported by your current installation. <br />

I thought that this was just affecting his profile on his computers at that remote office, so i tried logging him into a computer at the main office and the same thing happend. I really dont know how to go about troubleshooting this issue as i've never seen it before. any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks
