ADFS 2.0 Google Apps SSO Sign-out problem

Followed this blog:
http://ryanfinger.wordpress.com/2010/08/10/adfs-2-0-and-google-apps-saml-integration-achieve-sso/

to get SSO working at Google using ADFS.  But just as blog poster reveals there is trouble with the sign-out.

When signing out, we are taken to the redirection page but not truly signed out.  If you click the back button you are still signed in.  This is going to be a problem with our iPad's since the browser never really closes to end the session.

Have experimented with sign-out endpoint in ADFS but it does not seem to make any difference.

Anyone have any experience with this?  I can't image that we are the only shop using ADFS to SSO to Google.

You are by far not the only one but it seems to be a bug in the software so we have to wait for them to fix it. Nevertheless I suggest following the official microsoft discussions as they most likely publish the solution there first.

I have exactly the same issue with my setup:

When signing out, we are taken to the redirection page but not truly signed out.  If you click the back button you are still signed in.  This is going to be a problem with our iPad's since the browser never really closes to end the session.

In the MS Forum I couldn't find any answer.  Have you ever found a solution?
