2010 Information Store down after powerage
Hello,
We have a 2010 Exchange server which lost power for over an hr, I did a proper shutdown up when the power came back on, after boot up all 2010 email outlook client can not access mailbox.
I've got this error in the event viewer.
Exchange ActiveSync has encountered repeated failures when it tries to access data on Mailbox server [EXMAILSERVER1.campus.wood landsprepa ratory.org ]. It will temporarily stop making requests to the Mailbox server for [60] seconds to reduce load on that server. This delay may occur if the Mailbox server is overloaded.

Ok what's the extent of the problems? Does outlook work and can users open their mail? Can you send receive mail in and out of the organisation.
Check to see if your databases are mounted and test to make sure all services are running.
In powershell you can do this easy with test-servicehealth
Any services not started you can start with start-service (service name)
To check the status of the databases in powershell you can use the get-mailboxdatabase | fl command
